Overview
Two-Component PVA Built For Performance
Multibond X-016 is a two-component crosslinking polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive for finger jointing, laminating, and edge gluing. When mixed with Catalyst A, it exceeds ASTM D-5572 and DIN EN 204 D4 standards. It features shear thinning rheology and low minimum use temperature.
Stability
Shelf Life, Storage, & Handling
Best if used within six months of date of manufacture. Mix before use for best results. Product may need filtered in warmer temperatures; contact Franklin Technical Support for easy filtering options. Product is freeze-thaw stable. If it becomes frozen, allow to warm to ambient temperature and thoroughly mix until a homogenous, smooth mixture is obtained. Two-component adhesives require additional storage, safety, and disposal reccomendations—consult the SDS before use for additional considerations.
