Overview

Duracet 12 DB is a relatively high molecular weight adhesive. This product is designed to meet the requirements needed for heat sealing and laminating greaseproof papers for the assembly of microwave popcorn bags. Characteristics of this product include low foaming, resistance to vegetable oils and compatibility with many dyes. Duracet 12 DB can be diluted with water. This adhesive conforms compositionally with FDA Regulations 175.105, 176.170, and 176.180.
Stability
Shelf Life, Storage, & Handling
Best if used within six months of date of manufacture. Mix before use for best results. Store in closed containers. Product is freeze-thaw stable but may need to be mixed prior to use. Consult the SDS before use for additional considerations.
