Laminating

Laminating 35 is a high initial tack, fast-setting, water-based emulsion designed for cold press operations bonding decorative metal to wood substrates such as MDF and particle board. This high solids adhesive reduces warping and offers a superior balance between strength and speed—making it ideal for specialized industrial applications. As a low VOC formulation with zero hazardous air pollutants, Laminating 35 meets LEED Indoor Environmental Quality Credit 4.1 standards for low-emitting materials.

Laminating 50 is a vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive designed to bond HPL to particleboard and fiberboard. Suitable for continuous heated-panel laminating systems, pinch roll, and cold-press operations, it provides high green strength and tensile strength.

Laminating 460 is a one-part, crosslinking polyvinyl acetate emulsion adhesive for bonding HPL and wood veneer to fire-rated particleboard and fiberboard. It can be mixed with Aluminum Chloride (Catalyst A) for enhanced water resistance and used in both hot and cold press applications.

Laminating 25 is a moderately fast-setting adhesive for cold pressing high-pressure laminate to various core materials. It combines a long assembly time with a short press time, meeting the needs of the majority of industry applications.

FastStick Water-Based Contact Adhesive is a versatile adhesive with aggressive tack, high heat resistance, and excellent bond strength. It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray, suitable for EPS-cored insulated panels and various lamination applications, including HPL and decorative overlays.
