Micronax X-1288

Micronax X-1288 is a REACH compliant and APEO-free transfer coatable microsphere designed for applications requiring reliable adhesion and long-term clean removability as needed for challenging applications such as wide format vinyl graphics. The product formulation and coating process allows for consistent performance across various substrates, including stainless steel, glass, acrylic, and painted drywall.

Micronax X-1283

Micronax  X-1283 is a REACH compliant and APEO-free formulated microsphere product. Similar to Micronax 360-30 in improved mechanical stability and low foam generation during coating as well as in its intented applications, Micronax X-1283 has lower overall adhesion. Depending on the total construction, Micronax X-1283 may be more suitable for some applications when compared to Micronax 360-30.

Micronax 300-01

Micronax 300-01 is a REACH compliant and APEO-free microsphere product. It boasts consistent adhesion and carries improved mechanical stability and low foam generation during the coating process. Micronax 300-01 can be used as is or formulated for your specific application.  

Micronax 360-30

Micronax 360-30 is a REACH compliant and APEO-free formulated microsphere product. It boasts high consistent adhesion while maintaining clean removability and carries improved mechanical stability and low foam generation during the coating process. Micronax 360-30 is ideal for linerless or self-wound applications.

Covinax 200-01

Covinax 200-01 is a REACH compliant APEO-free surfactant stabilized PSA developed for applications where clean removability is paramount, including removable vinyl graphics. Removal of the product is very smooth and non-tearing, and will leave no residue or ghost in a variety of environmental conditions. This product boasts excellent resistance to heat, humidity, UV and/or plasticizer migration. Covinax 200-01 is also FDA 175.105 compliant. Prop65 compliant

Covinax 240-20

Covinax 240-20 is a coater-ready, surfactant stabilized, REACH compliant APEO-free acrylic copolymer designed for high performance pressure sensitive applications including wall coverings and graphics. The relatively high tack and peel of this product allows it to bond well to rough surfaces, such as fabrics, without damage or residue. Covinax 240-20 is FDA175.105 compliant.

Covinax 270-10

Covinax 270-10 is a coater-ready PSA developed for high performance removable applications. This product provides adhesion to low surface energy substrates with clean removability, and is APEO-free, REACH compliant, and is free of Prop 65 substances.

Covinax 625-00

Covinax 625-00 is a high-performance, permanent internally crosslinked PSA designed for demanding label and graphics applications.. This polymer has a good balance of adhesion and cohesion properties  peel and tack, providing excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces. Covinax 625-00 is FDA 175.105 compliant.

Covinax 625-78

Covinax 625-78 DEV is an APEO-s free, REACH compliant  coater ready PSA developed for high performance permanent applications. Because it is internally cross-linked, this product exhibits superior cohesive strength. Covinax 625-78 is FDA 175.105 compliant.
