New Laminating 50 for bonding HPL to Particleboard and Fiberboard

Franklin Adhesives & Polymers, a division of Franklin International, has expanded its already extensive line of wood adhesives for lamination with the addition of Laminating 50, a vinyl acetate copolymer adhesive for bonding HPL to particleboard and fiberboard.

Laminating 50 is a versatile wood adhesive that works well with a number of different application methods, including continuous heated-panel laminating systems, pinch roll and dead stack or limited lay-up time cold-press operations. It also has high sprayability.

High green strength further simplifies the lamination process, and high tensile strength ensures durability of finished wood goods.

Laminating 50 joins a dozen other wood adhesives Franklin Adhesives & Polymers developed specifically for laminating processes. The division also offers a range of high-performance wood adhesives for assembly, edge and face gluing and fingerjointing.
