Franklin International Acquires PVA and EPI business from Hexion Inc.

March 31st, 2024 – Franklin International, a leading developer and manufacturer of Emulsion Polymers for Wood Assembly and Composites applications, agreed to acquire the Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA) adhesive and Emulsion Polymer Isocyanate (EPI) adhesive business from Hexion Inc. Included in the transaction is Hexion’s manufacturing site in Portland, Oregon.
